Hi,
Thanks for writing in.

The ultrasound report findings are the following.

1. The growth of the baby is calculated from head diameter (BPD), head circumference (HC), length of thigh bone (FL) and abdominal circumference. In your baby the measurements correspond to age of 30 weeks.

2. The heart rate of the baby is 142 beats/ min and is normal.

3. The weight of the baby is 1400 grams to 1800 grams and might be considered in the normal range

4. The baby movements are good.

5. The length of the mouth of uterus is called cervical length is normal.

6. The placenta position is normal.

7. Fluid in the uterus is adequate.

In conclusion your baby is normal inside the uterus and is 30 weeks by measurements taken during the ultrasound scan. Please do not worry.

Hello

Your findings suggests 30 weeks pregnancy with cephalic presentation(means fetal head is towards maternal pelvis).
Fetal heart rate is 142 beats/min and it is normal.
Estimated fetal weight is 1644 grams.
Placenta is anterior in position.
Liquor is also adequate in amount.
Cervcial length is also normal.

Get well soon.
